ESDES Business School
On June 21, the 5th year students in HR, Digital and Business Partner specialization (work-study program) presented to the ALGED board of directors their proposals to reinforce the attractiveness of the association.
Since 1954, ALGED has been supporting people with disabilities to enable them to lead a life as close to normal as possible.
Divided into two groups, the 5th years students were able to make recommendations on ALGED's recruitment process as well as on the means of communication to be used to promote the profession of specialized educator and to improve the visibility of the association.
The board of directors praised the relevance of the proposals presented, which gave them "a fresh look at ALGED". He even plans to call upon some students to concretize these ideas!
This ESDES-ALGED project has allowed our students to discover the medico-social sector more closely while putting into practice their skills in HR strategy. Next September, they will be awarded the level 2 of the LADAPT label, certifying the awareness of our future responsible managers (#responsiblenatives) to the issues related to the professional integration of people with disabilities.
