PEP’S is a program designed to help you make the transition from student to professional to become a unique talent! This progression path, led by career consultants, includes workshops and interaction with the professional world.
Support is structured around these 3 axes:
- To help students choose their 3rd year specialization and find their bearings in an efficient, well-thought-out way, they follow a path of discovery of the company, its professions and its functions. To refine their career plans, each student takes a personality test, followed by a coaching workshop.
- After the essential work on the CV and cover letter, several workshops are offered to enable future graduates to optimize their integration into the professional world: round table discussions with professionals, a specific Solicity preparation program, workshops to master professional codes and practices, and digital identity management to combine know-how and interpersonal skills.
- A specific module has been set up to help students manage their work-study experience: time management, prioritization, stress management, conflict management… this program is linked to their day-to-day issues and organization, so they can become true professionals!
